I have a proven track-record for people and talent development, resulting in promotion, job satisfaction, and ultimately, inspired and motivated associates in challenging times.  I've spent my career in industry creating a framework for how to mentor based on training, research, and practical examples of what works and what doesn't.  As we look at STEM fields, there is significant opportunity to continue to increase the % of women in STEM (currently only 34% - Science and Engineering Indicators report 2022) and women of color in STEM (currently the proportion of Black and Hispanic women is more than two times lower than that of white men - Digest of Education Statistics 2021).  We can continue moving the needle together.
